Kristelle Feghali

Hi, I'm Kristelle. My journey with Moone began with my own struggle: I have endometriosis, and it took years to finally get a diagnosis. Along the way, I realized that what I do (eat, exercise, self-care, etc) was closely linked to my flare ups and how I felt day to day.

Discovering cycle syncing was a turning point for me, it helped me understand my body and manage my symptoms better. I was also fortunate to meet Lea Thourain, a brilliant dietitian-nutritionist, who showed me how nutrition for women is unique and can make a real difference in managing conditions like mine.

Moone was born from my desire to share these insights and empower other women to feel their best, every day of the month.
