Moone is owned and operated by Kristelle Feghali, an individual based in France.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will use your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

This Privacy Notice applies to personal information processed by us via the Moone mobile application (the “App”) and our website at https://getmoone.com (the “Site”). To simplify, we refer to the App, the Site, and related features collectively as the “Services.”

  • Nutrition Habits: Food preferences, dietary restrictions, meal frequency, eating window.
  • Photos: Pictures of meals if you upload them (with your device’s permission).
  • Interactive Features: Comments, social features, shared content (public if posted in shared areas).
  • Purchases: Payment and transaction-related details (processed via third-party services; Moone does not store card information).
  • Communications: Your correspondence with us, including support inquiries.
  • Surveys: Voluntary feedback you may provide.
  • Device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, app activity, location via IP).
  • Analytics (e.g., via tools like Amplitude—data is anonymized for analysis).

We may receive personal data from third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Apple, app stores) when you interact with Moone through those services.

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. You can delete your data via the App or by emailing support@getmoone.com.

8. U.S. State-Specific Rights

  • You have the right to access, delete, correct, and opt out of sharing.

  • We do not sell your data.
  • You may opt out of targeted advertising and profiling (Virginia).

9. Children’s Privacy

Moone is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email support@getmoone.com for removal.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services linked through our App or Site. Please review their privacy policies independently.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and have concerns, you may contact your local data protection authority.
