Please carefully review these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy (https://getmoone.com/privacypolicy/) before using the Moone mobile application (the "App") and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and Moone ("Moone," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Services.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

To access the Services, you may be required to create an account via email or third-party authentication (e.g., Apple, Google). You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and accurate.
You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use Moone. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not barred from using Moone under applicable law.
You may upload or input personal health data, symptoms, notes, or other content ("User Content") while using the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Moone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze such content to provide and improve the Services.

Moone reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Moone uses data analysis and AI to generate cycle predictions and health insights. While we strive for accuracy, this information is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.
Some features may require payment through a recurring subscription ("Subscription"). If you purchase a Subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each term and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds may be available within 48 hours of your initial purchase, subject to the platform (Apple/Google) refund policies. After this period, all fees are non-refundable.
All content provided by Moone (excluding User Content), including design, code, branding, and analysis models, is owned by or licensed to Moone. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult your doctor about any health concerns.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONE’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services will end.
We may revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via the App or email at least 15 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
